 Click on the payment portal 

 Click on others 

 Fill the options (under name fill seeker’s name and elect HRDC-ISL Operation Figure) 

 Click on continue, publish payment advice and take to bank for payment 

. Present Damage at HRDC Admission office to gain form

 Visit HRDC office to induce payment advice 

 Take to bank for payment 

 Present damage at HRDC Admission office to gain form 

 Operation forms are available at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (). 

 

 

 EXAMINATION SCHEDULE 

 The entrance examination is listed as follows 

 

 Venue International School, University of Lagos 

. Date Friday, April 29, 2022 

. Time 900a.m. 

 

 The ending date for the submission of completed Operation Forms is Wednesday, April 27, 2022. 

 Please note 

 

 The completed operation form is to be submitted with a dupe of the seeker’s birth instrument and two (2) recent passport photos, at the HRDC Office, University of Lagos. 

 Children who'll not attain the age of 10 times by 31st October 2022 need not apply. ANY CASE OF UNDERAGE Operation WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION. 

 Campaigners will sit for entrance examination in the following areas English Language/ Verbal Aptitude; Mathematics/ Quantitative Aptitude; and General Knowledge with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) 

 History Entrance examinations questions and answers pamphlets will be available at the HRDC office for interested campaigners, at the cost of one thousand, five hundred naira only (N1,500.00) to be paid in addition to the cost of the form.
