 JAMB Form – This is to inform the general public that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has blazoned the inception of 2022 enrollment for UTME and Direct Entry campaigners. The form is available to campaigners that wish to sit for the 2022 UTME in Nigeria and Foreign countries.  JAMB Form 

 

 The trade of the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Form has commenced. Please note that enrollment can only be performed only by JAMB accredited centres and JAMB State-Offices.  On the 2022 enrollment platform, Campaigners are to note that their 1st choice can be a College of Education, University, Innovative Enterprise Institutes, Polytechnics/ Monotechnics, NDA (Nigerian Defence Academy) or Nigeria Police Academy. 

 

 2022 JAMB UTME General Entry Conditions 

 The general entry conditions for admission into the First Degree, National Diploma (ND), National Innovation Diploma (NID) and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programmes in Universities, other degree- awarding Institutions, Monotechnics, Polytechnics, Innovation Enterprise Institutions and Colleges of Education are five (5) O’Level Credit passes including Mathematics and English Language. Details are available in the Folder, which would be given to each seeker at the accredited CBT centres and JAMB State-Offices. Thee-brochure is also available for downloadibass.jamb.gov.ng and on Android Mobile App (JAMB IBASS) from the Google Play store. 

 

 DO NOT GIVE YOUR Word to any centre (or Cyber Café). Any centre that asks for further than your profile law, dispatch address and enrollment number is a fraudster. Don't give any watchwords. 

 

 How to Gain 2022 JAMB Form & General Instructions 

 

 

 Campaigners are advised to read the information below precisely to be suitable to gain their JAMB UTME form 

 

 Registration Fee is Three Thousand Five Hundred (N3, 500) Naira Fresh Five Hundred (N500) Naira only, is paid to gain the reading textbook “ The Life Changer” by Khadija Abubakar Jali for UTME and DE Campaigners and$ 20 for Campaigners from the nine foreign centres. 

 A CD containing JAMB eSyllabus, eBrochure and other vital accoutrements is also given free. 

 Campaigners should note that ePINS bought are tied to individual profile and aren't transmittable. 

 Campaigners are advised to keep private and nonpublic their security details similar as enrollment figures, word/ figures of ATM Cards, dispatch addresses and ePINs. No centre is allowed to request or accept a seeker’s word. 

 Campaigners aren't permitted to register further than formerly. In the event of any error during the enrollment process, similar campaigners are to seek correction from the Board and not to gain a fresh operation as doing so would attract permission. 

 Nothing, including parents/ guardians or any deputy, is allowed to distribute any business on any seeker’s profile. The Board monitors the enrollment process and all conditioning on campaigners’ biographies, and defaulters shall be oppressively sanctioned. Any seeker who makes their word, profile law or other security canons available to another person (parents, musketeers, tutorial preceptors, fraudstersetc.) is liable for any revision done by similar person (s). DO NOT GIVE YOUR Word TO ANYBODY, INCLUDING JAMB Officers. These security canons aren't to be demanded at any enrollment centre by any person for any purpose. 

 PROFILE Enrollment 

 Every seeker would bear the use of a unique phone (mobile) number (SIM) for the process of enrollment. The unique phone number can be used by one seeker only ( Note This number (SIM) remains your unique identification for all your deals with the Board. 

 The seeker will shoot his/ her National Identification Number (NIN) by textbook (SMS) to 55019 or 66019 from his/ her particular GSM number,e.g. write the word “ NIN” also space and add your 11 number NIN Number and shoot to 55019 or 66019 in this format (NIN 00123456789). There should be a space between the word “ NIN” and your 11 number NIN ( Note that another person mustn't have used the number to register for UTME/ DE in the history). Don't use postpaid or special pack SIM cards; They do n’t work unless especially loaded with credit. 

 The seeker receives a Profile Code of 10 characters on the same telephone (SIM) number. 

 The phone number used for the textbook communication is automatically tied to the seeker’s 2022 operation, Examination and Admission. Campaigners SHOULD NOTE AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THE SIM NUMBER USED; IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE FOR SUBSEQUENT COMMUNICATION WITH THE BOARD In Carrying UTME/ DE Operation DOCUMENTS; A Seeker HAS ACCEPTED TO Admit Textbook Dispatches FROM JAMB (55019 or 66019) Indeed WHEN THE “ DO NOT DISTURB” IS Actuated 

 The seeker presents the profile law to the point of procurement of form (Banks, MMOs, MFBs, Switches, USSD Partners). The form-ePIN is also transferred as a textbook communication to the campaigners’Phone figures. 

 The seeker presents the ePIN at any JAMB accredited CBT Centre for enrollment. 

 The Operation can not be completed until the seeker’s biometric (all ten fritters) is captured and mugged physically (No submission of passport snap). The successful prisoner of biometrics and snap will authorise a seeker to publish his/ here-registration slip. The point shall be needed for any farther sale with JAMB on the seeker’s profile. 

 Only campaigners whose biometrics verification is successful on examination day will be permitted to sit the UTME. No parent or deputy is allowed to make any sale on the campaigners’ profile. 

 Campaigners with biometric challenges can only register at JAMB headquarters in Abuja. The arrangement will be made for this through JAMB state services
