University of Benin (UNIBEN) Released Postgraduate Admission Form for 2021/2022 Academic Session

 The University of Benin (UNIBEN) is now dealing operation forms for admission into its colorful postgraduate programmes for the2021/2022 academic session. UNIBEN postgraduate programmes lead to the award of Postgraduate Diploma, Masters degree and PhD DEGREES.

UNIBEN Postgraduate Admission Conditions 

 A Seeker for postgraduate studies in the University of Benin must have attained at least five (5) credits in WASC, NECO, GCE ( ordinary position or their coequals,) NOTE A CREDIT PASS IN MATHS AND ENGLISH IS Needed. 

 Four credits at Ordinary position, plus OND (not pass), NCE, IJMB or Advance position passes or any other original. 

 A holder of a Pass ( Degree/ Parchment) isn't good for admission into the postgraduate programme of the University of Benin. Also, all holders of 3rd class degree must retain PGD to be considered for admission into the Master’s programmes. 

 Campaigners who attained a Master’s degree but with Weighted Average Score ( WAS) between55.0-59 can only be considered for admission into theM.Phil.programme in the first case. 

 A seeker applying for the PhD in any programme of the University of Benin must have attained a minimal weighted average score of 60 in the Master’s degree. 

 A seeker applying for the PhD with a Master’s degree from any other University who in his/ her Master’s study has not preliminarily taken the mandatory courses or their coequals analogous to the bones in the University of Benin shall, on admission, be needed to offer and pass similar courses with a minimum of 60 

. Only scholars who have the NYSC discharge, impunity or rejection instrument can be allowed to clear into the university’s postgraduate programme. 

 Reiterations Campaigners should publish out the adjudicator forms handed in the operation runner fill and return directly to the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies. Operations shall not be reused unless the adjudicator reports are available.

. How to Apply for UNIBEN Postgraduate Admission Form 

 Campaigners are to buy operation forms online with valid Bounce OR MASTER ATM BANK CARD from any marketable bank in Nigeria for the sum of N22, (Twenty-two thousand naira only). 

The form must be rightly filled with all information needed before submitting online and later published out from the UNIBEN Website,

.www.uniben.edu. ng. The following documents will be published out from the Website- operation and adjudicator forms. Any form not duly filled won't be treated. All operation processes must be completed by 30th May 2022.

 ADMISSION PROCEDURE 

 Only seeker given admission into the colorful Pg programmes are to do to pay the total quantum ofNon-Refundable Acceptance freights as stated below 

 Total – N60, 

 Note Acceptance figure must be paid before campaigners can be cleared.

 Admission into some programmes shall be through entrance examination to be conducted on soon to be blazoned date at the Ugbowo lot. Still, there will be no Entrance Examinations for some programmes. Admission into similar programmes will be grounded on the general conditions approved by the statehouses.
