Women In Africa (WIA) Young Leaders 2022

 Women in Africa (WIA) is now accepting operations from African women between 25 and 40 times old ( inflexibility possible depending on experience position) for its 2022 Youthful Leaders Program. The deadline for the submission of operations is April 15, 2022.

 Women in Africa (WIA) Youthful Leaders Program 2022 is calling for operations – Join the 2nd edition of WIA Youthful Leaders program in cooperation with Christian Dior Couture, Lazard Frères Investment bank and Huawei! 

.This time, WIA will support 8 African women who contribute to erecting a dynamic, innovative and inclusive Africa. This action is part of WIA’s commitment to promote equal openings and to allow youthful leaders to be supported to go further each time.

 Who Can Apply for Women in Africa (WIA) Youthful Leaders Program 

 Open to women between 25 and 40 times old ( inflexibility possible depending on experience position); 

Born in an African country or having parents born in an African country; 

 Involvement in the development of the mainland and social commitment; 

 Leadership chops ( modesty, empathy and adaptability); 

. Special consideration will be given to campaigners with “ tone- made” backgrounds; 

 Vision of what Africa should be in the future; 

 Amenability to attune business conduct, social impact and public/ private dialogue; 

. Capability to take on liabilities at the loftiest position; 

 Strong satisfying chops combined with a taste for cooperation; 

Francophone, Anglophone, immaculately bilingual.

 The WIA Youthful Leaders will profit from a knitter- made training path whose themes will be related to women’s leadership and the chops demanded for the future. Also, in afterlife 2022, the laureates will profit from a “ business trip” in a world profitable capital to
